CHIP: From Vision to Reality
CHIP
is a unique creation in Orange County, North Carolina
and the only one of its kind in Chapel Hill. As such
it represents a real opportunity to conduct business
in one of the most desirable locations in the United
States. Over 20 years ago, it started as a vision in
the mind's eye of its developer. Today the CHIP facility
stands majestically, a testament to real world design,
engineering, and construction and to a developer with
drive to see the project completed.
CHIP
is being developed as a light commercial/industrial
project for safe, healthy, and harmonious use in keeping
with the surroundings. Clean non-polluting industrial
and manufacturing operations will function quite well
in this environment. Research, fabrication, distribution,
storage, and freight handling are just a few examples
of possible uses of the CHIP facility. Limitations and
restrictions are minimal; however no pollution would
be allowed.
CHIP
was designed as a flex space facility to accommodate
a variety of needs. This allows unlimited design and
upfit that support the business objectives of any organization.
